Graduated in Civil Engineering from Panjab University, Chandigarh (GNEC, Ludhiana) in the year 1985. After serving in the contracting and Consulting business for 15 years for Infrastructure Projects in India & Abroad, he started his own Engineering Consultancy firm to provide services in the field of Planning, Design and Construction of Infrastructure Projects. He was active member of IRC H-2 Committee (Flexible Pavement, Airfield and Runways Committee), IABSE (International group of IABSE), IRC (Indian Road Congress), ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety Management System Lead Auditor certified by BSI. He is Trained & Certified Road Safety Auditor duly recognized by NHAI. He is also Chairman of Civil Engineers Academy and Research Centre (a registered non-profit making society), for the cause of Civil engineering.
